Sangah Jaan is located at 1790 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960. It offers meditation groups to people of various ages and interests. Public is invited to attend. Love offerings are always accepted, we ask for a love donation of $10 per month this includes weekly foods we consume at our meetings and activities we do during the month. Airboat rides and going out to the ocean on deck boats are only a few of the many things we do monthly as a group. Since many of our members are from the Indian River Charter High School we watch government meetings, work towards volunteer hours, and cultural events. To learn as a group, have fun and hang out, while also fulfilling the requirements from the school. Please see our 'Pictures' link to see activities done by our group.        Sangah Jaan is hosting a weekly meditation for youth; it's opened to all 13 to 18 year olds. Michelle Schlefsky facilitates the Youth meditation which is followed with interesting thought provoking discussion. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the discussion. All meditations are non-religious but offer a way to feel peace of mind and deal with stress. Michelle Schlefky is a spiritual counselor and offers private counseling. Confidentiality is always maintained; anyone who is interested in participating or facilitating a group please contact Michelle Schlefsky at (772) 321-5609.
